SEC 480kW EV charger is a distribution DC fast charger that integrates advanced power bank and user units. The power bank efficiently supports up to 3 usage units, with each unit equipped with 6 connectors. What truly sets it apart is the state-of-the-art intelligent distribution algorithm, which dynamically allocates power based on the requirements of each vehicle. It has high power output and speed, which is suitable for Public Fast-Charging, Fleet Charging, Corporate and Workplace Charging, Residential Complexes and Multi-Unit Dwellings, etc.
It is designed with CCS1 standard connector, with UL approvals.

Stage 1: Customer Hotline: Common issues in the instruction manual that require assistance from the customer service hotline center to resolve. We recommend customer service hotline centers in Germany, Norway and Türkiye. In other countries or regions, there are partners who can provide after-sales service support.

Stage 2: Online Guidance: For issues not mentioned in the manual, our after-sales engineers can remotely analyze and identify the specific cause. For software issues, we will remotely upgrade the charging station through the operation and maintenance platform. For hardware issues, we will notify our service partners to come to the site for hardware replacement.

Stage 3: On-site Service: Issues where there is no specific solution after remote online analysis. We will arrange engineers to the site for troubleshooting, including replacing parts.
